TrustAtlantic Financial Corporation acquired Millennia Community Bank of Greenville, North Carolina in 2007. The bank is now headquartered in Raleigh, NC and operates as TrustAtlantic Bank. TrustAtlantic has injected substantial new capital into the organization through a private stock offering. Our business plan includes adding to the existing branch network in Greenville, and also opening branch offices in the greater Raleigh market. The primary focus of our bank is to assist mid-market businesses with their financial needs, plus work with business owners, professionals and other individuals who desire value-added financial services.

We have an exceptional board of directors with strong professional pedigrees (see bios under Board of Directors tab) who are assisting us with the strategic direction of the bank as well as business development efforts. We also have an executive management team with significant leadership experience and the ability to grow our bank into a market leader.
