Scott McCallum

Scott McCallum has been Principal of RFIG since 2006, and is responsible for deal origination, investment structuring and monitoring for RFIG’s private equity business. Mr. McCallum currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc., and of its subsidiary, Bank of Birmingham, and TrustAtlantic Financial Corporation, and its subsidiary, TrustAtlantic Bank (RFIG portfolio investments). Prior to joining RFIG, Mr. McCallum served as Senior Vice President and head of the Chicagoland office of Austin Associates, LLC, a consulting and investment banking firm for community banks primarily in the Midwest. Mr. McCallum served for 20 years at Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago, primarily in middle market lending, CRA management, community bank management, and small business segment management. Mr. McCallum’s last role at Harris was Senior Vice President-Small Business Segment Manager. Mr. McCallum received his B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University (Ohio), and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. McCallum resides in Northfield, Illinois with his wife and three children. Mr. McCallum’s volunteer leadership roles included service for many years on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, and on the Board of Education of Sunset Ridge School District 29 in Northfield.
