Shahn S. Chhabra

Shahn Chhabra is an owner and principal in CMC Corporation and Chhabra Construction Corporation. The companies are located in Raleigh NC and specialize in the development, operations, and construction of upscale Full and Limited Service Hotels. 

Mr. Chhabra has been instrumental in the growth of the company from one hotel in 1994 to a current portfolio of six nationally franchised hotels. The current development pipeline includes a Marriott TownePlace Suites under construction in Wilmington NC, two Marriott Springhill Suites under development, an office building, and a mixed use development in the Cary NC Market. 

Mr. Chhabra is active in Cary Rotary and serves on the IAHI (International Association of Holiday Inn) franchise advisory committee. Mr. Chhabra graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1995.
