*Qualifying accounts include aggregate balances in personal checking accounts, money
market accounts, CDs/IRAs, consumer loan and savings accounts. Founding shareholders
automatically qualify for Relationship Checking at the corresponding level of their
investment and no other qualifier is required.
**A minimum daily balance of $1,000 must be maintained in Relationship Checking
account to avoid a $15.00 monthly service fee.
